How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows and ears. Compare your measurement to our size chart located on each product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all helmets in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that show signs of road use cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are Voss helmets safety certified?
Yes, all Voss helmets are engineered to meet or exceed DOT (Department of Transportation) safety standards. Specific models may also carry additional certifications like ECE 22.06.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I purchase replacement visors or liners?
Absolutely. We carry a full range of replacement parts including integrated sun toggles, tinted visors, and moisture-wicking liners in our 'Accessories' section.
