At Voss Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the helmet and any accessories back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is still on the visor.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
